Not receiving email notification

    Hi, our form has stopped working - we aren't receiving notifications to We have checked our spam folder and nothing there.

    Also, the thank you custom URL no longer works - should go to http://, which then after a few seconds returns the visitor to the main site.

    Hi GraphicsShack,

    Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. I investigate your problem. As I detect, you have had add captcha in your form than you removed it on jotform. But you still have old version of your form code in your website. 

    To fix the problem, please update your embed code on your website.
