Please cancel my subscriptio.

    Change my plan in the system but it says it will apply until September 20 and will charge me again.

     

    You could change my plan now not to do the charge?

    Hello brendapalomera,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully cancelled your bronze monthly subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay in bronze plan until September 22, 2015 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
