    All forms from my premium account don't send email notification. still NEED HELP

    Example the form above, don't send the email to it's email notification box. 

    I just checked that no form from my account is sending it's email. My account is premium i have 1070 forms / month and i just reached 150 so far... Can please somebody fix my premium account, we are losing money each minute we trust JotForm and it's not working. 

    *Note: I can see the forms data correctly signing in on jotform.com, so it's just a "email sending" problem.

     BERIL FROM SUPPORT TOLD ME MY EMAIL WAS ON BOUNCE LIST OF AMAZON SES AND SHE REMOVED IT BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK

    I see that you are still having issues with your forms sending out the email notifications. This issue is currently already being address in your original thread with Beril.

    The information she has currently provided you with is accurate after I checked it on my end a little further to verify. It does appear you are stuck on a hard bounce list but it is also still undergoing investigation of the issue which she has reported to our developers there.

    You are more than welcome to take a look at your Email History and Check your Email to confirm.

    Additionally, we ask that you please refrain from opening up duplicate threads about the same issue and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
