can my users capture information if they're offline?

Since JotForm is an online based form builder and needs to be connected with JotForm servers to store the submitted information, it is required to have Internet connection to load the form and submit the information.

However, if you want to capture the information offline you may try using PDF forms so that the user can enter the information into it and save it to send it offline to you.
