    Hi,

We are a non-profit planning an event for this Sunday and we went over our quota of payment submissions because the form was using a Paypal widget. We are able to find a workaround (payment through a different website), but we still need the form desperately since we blasted emails to our members and they have the link to RSVP and pay for the event.

Is it possible to reactivate our forms now that we took out the payment widget?

I would really appreciate your prompt response.

Btw, thanks for offering a free version of jotform. Very important for small non-profits!

I have reset your payment submission counter to zero and reactivated your account. Your users will now be able to submit your form.

Please note that we can reset payment submissions or SSL submissions only once. So next time when you go over limit you will have to wait for first day of next month when submission counter is reset or you can upgrade your account.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
