When I filled out the jotform with my customer's information and clicked submit the form would not go through to the next page which should have been a PayPal form.

When I entered 1 in each space on the form and click submit the form opened to the correct PayPal page.

I tried entering all the information on the form several times and each time I did I just got a message please wait and noting happened.

Once again, when I submitted the same for with the number 1 in each of the dialogue boxes he form went through.

    Why did that happen?

How can I correct the problem?

    Thanks,

    Rick

I have checked the submissions page, and I have noticed the two Incomplete Payments in your submissions with the name of Judy.

I couldn't replicate any issues on a cloned version of your affected form, so I have tried submitting on your live form with entries such as JotForm test, and Boris. The page redirected me successfully to PayPal, both with Firefox, and with Chrome.

As it seems to work correctly on my end, I have deleted my test submissions - so that you do not receive their emails, and they will not count to your monthly submissions.

If you are experiencing any further issues, I would suggest trying with a direct link to your form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/52090727859162

If the direct link works correctly for you, but the embedded form on your website does not, then our iFrame embed method should help, as it prevents scripting conflicts that can occur between the form and your web page.

If the direct link to the form doesn't work either, could you please let us know what steps or entries do we need to make in order to encounter the error? I can see that you are using Edge 12 browser, can you try with Firefox or Chrome?

We will be happy to help you sort any issues you may have with your forms, and it will help if we can understand how to replicate the issue.

Please let us know how it goes. Thank you.
