Difficulties with several things regarding this form

I have been attempting to make some changes to this form.

It is a form that I imported from Adobe Formscentral, and then cloned to create a new form in Jotform.

A few things have been happening.

The last question on each page is "Do you have another candidate to add?" Each question is slightly different from the ones on other pages so as not to confuse the conditional formatting, i.e. "Do you have a third candidate to add?" or "Do you have a fourth candidate to add?" with an option to answer yes or no. If the answer is no, I wanted to the form to skip  to submit. If yes, the form would simply guide you to the next page.

This was the best way to make it work in Formscentral.

However, no matter how many times I tried to say, if they answer is no, go to submit, it does not work. What I had to so instead was create an 8th page with only a submit button and tell the form to go to that page if the answer was no. Why is that?

Also, since I cloned this form from a previous version, I'm having trouble changing the page title from what it was named before: Great Vigil of Easter, ect.

I'm trying really hard to work with Jotform because Formscentral was obviously no longer available, but am having such great difficulty with many aspects of it.

Thanks for your feedback and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

I have cloned your form and done all the changes base on your requirements. I have also made a little changes on the CSS so the header will appear and editable on the builder. Here's the form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52518650348963?

You can clone this form back so you can use it if you want. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page

Here are some helpful tips that might help you get on the way while dealing with conditions. ;)

    1. You can combine conditions with similar action by adding new rules like for example:

If one, two, three if equal to "no", skip to page 8. Check the following visual guide:

    2. So when the above condition is set, you don't have to create condition for "yes" answer since the form will normally continue to the next page when either they select yes or not select an answer at all (They're going to select an answer anyway since "do you have.." fields are required fields so they can't skip it.)

If you need further clarifications, do let us know.

    Best Regards!

Thank you. I really appreciate your excellent customer service and responses. They are helpful (even if  Jotform is not without its bugs).

I can't figure out how to edit the title in the builder - and by title I mean the page title as it appears in a browser on the tab of the browser.

Thank you. I've deleted my old form and changed to the one I cloned with your changes.

However, I can't get a Submit button to appear on p. 8 now.

    Here's the new URL:

I have fixed it on your form but I think you are currently working on that form so my changes might be overridden. Anyway, you can fix it by injecting this CSS codes to your form.

    [data-type="control_button"] {overflow : visible !important;}

Guide on how to inject CSS codes to the form. http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes-to-your-Form. Paste it at the bottom part.

If you need further help, let us know.

Thank you again ... the submit button is awfully light in color, and you can barely see it. How do I make it the same color as my back button? I've closed myself out of the form.
