I changed the name of a form that I created from a template, however it still reads the template title when the form responses are sent to me. I worry that the form is being read by others in the template title vs. the title I changed it to.
Please help!

You can edit the title by editing the subject of the notification and autoresponder emails.
Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

Sorry for the oversight.
It is accessible under the emails button, yo then click on the notification or auto-responder you want to change the subject for.
If you want to automatically get the title of the form dynamically use the placeholder {form_title} in your template.
Here is short screencast highlighting the process.
