Is there a way to cap the number of tickets that we sell through a form? We have limited capacity at this event.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You may like to take a look at our "Ticket Purchases"  widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This will allow you set how many tickets you want to sell and once that many tickets are sold, user will not be allowed to select the ticket.
