    Hello hlmink,

Unfortunately it is not possible to sell products and collect donation as well in the same payment question but with a little workaround, it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Instead of displaying the products options in the payment question, you can add the products in a check box question.

#2. Add a text box to collect the donation amount.

#3. Add a "Form Calculation" widget in your form to calculate the total amount of selected product and donation amount from the text box.

#4. Add desired payment question in your form and set it to read the amount from the calculation widget. The following guide should help you how to pass calculation to payment question:  http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field

Please check the screenshot below for all the steps:

Please take a look at the following demo form I have created as explained in the steps mentioned above :  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51825452751961  Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    Thanks.
For the products (not the donation): 1. – when doing it as a regular check
box instead of in the payment question
    1. How do I set the products price
    2. How do I add a quantity option

    Hello hlmink,

You will have to add a dropdown field in your form and take advantage of our calculation feature to calculate the amount. This will be little complicated as multiple form fields needs to be added.

There is a better and easier way to achieve your requirement. You can add a new product in your payment question and set the price as $1. You can add a custom quantity box. Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this works as expected:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52524847109963?

    Please check the screenshot below:

It is possible to hide any labels by injecting custom css code. If you do not like this workaround, I will create a demo form with quantity dropdown field.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
