Greetings and Happy New Year,
I've reviewed the process of downgrading back to the free version noted in the forum. However, when I go to my account settings select "CANCEL"; I'm redirected to the PAYPAL Login screen. After I login to PayPal Iget the message "The unsubscribe button you clicked through is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your transaction history."
Why am I redirected to PayPal? And how do I get around this so I can complete the downgrade? Thanks much for your assistance.

Hello. You're getting redirected to Paypal because you have paid your JotForm subscription via PayPal. To cancel your subscription, you will need to login and then find your latest subscription payment and then cancel it.
After your subscription gets cancelled you will not get charged again, but your subscription will stay Premium until the time of the subscription that you have paid for expires.
