How can I get conditionally-hid fields to show in emails and google sheets

I have a fairly short form in which some fields are conditionally-hid, the problem I am having is that these fields then do not show on emails and are not uploaded to the google sheet.  This is an EPOS-type form which needs to be very easy to use and I need to avoid using scroll-down or page break etc.  My preferred solution would be to force all fields to be submitted whether hidden or not, if this is possible.

    Hi,

I checked your form titled "Barbers Leeds EPOS", and I was able to replicate the problem.

I believe this happens because of the settings in the Preference->Advance Settings->"Clear Hidden Field Values" is set to "Clear on Submit":

The one in your form is set to "Clear on Submit", the problem is that when you submit the form, it is also clearing the conditionally hidden field values which in return submits a blank value for those hidden fields.

You might need to change that to "Don't Clear" instead.

Let us know if that works.

Thank you that's great, it has almost been cured it

but there's one small thing still wrong - I am using images for radio buttons, and this field is not being sent by email or to google sheets. This field of radio buttons has labels. I have tried to check this but there appears to be an issue with the backend because currently the 'compose email' lightbox window does not open (on ANY form), it just keeps saying 'please wait' but that's another issue!
