Replace check boxes on payment tool

Hi,

You helped me remove check box display from our payment tool, but we had to change it because people weren't understanding.  Can you help me display the checkboxes for each item?

I see that you'd like to put the checkboxes back.

All you have to do is go into your injected css and remove the following line highlighted in red.
