    Do I downgrade my subscription online?

    To downgrade your subscription, login to your account and select your account profile on the top right.

    Next select the billing section

    Under the billing section select the plan you want to downgrade to. A dialog confirming the cancellation will popup



    Once you confirm the cancellation your account will be scheduled for a downgrade to the selected plan at the end of the billing period.

    NB: If you were grandfathered to the old pricing plan and you cancel you subscription should you decide to upgrade in the later future you will be charged against the new rates.
