For the past few weeks, all forms submitted on my website are not being directed or notified via email.

Hi,
I checked your notifications settings and it looks like you have notifications setup to be sent from your address:
Make sure your SMTP settings are correct:
https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Or you can change the sender email to "noreply@jotform.com" in order to have the notifications sent from our services. This will ensure the most consistent delivery.
