We set up this form almost a year ago, and have had no issues with it, whatsoever.
All the sudden, everyone who tries to sign up for our services gets an "Invalid Address" error, even though we don't have a field on the form that even asks for an address.
The form is integrated with Stripe. I deleted the Stripe payment tool, and then added it back, logged back into the Stripe account to integrate it, etc.
The form is still giving us an "Invalid Address" error message.

I have tested your form and when I submitted your form I got following message because I used test credit card number.
I noticed that you are using script block for embedding form to your website. We recommend using of iFrame code for embedding forms. You can see how to get iFrame code in this article.
Please embed your form with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue.

I replaced it with an iFrame, cleared the site cache and my browser cache, and got the same "Invalid Address" error using a live credit card.
We are sorry for the troubles caused. As I do not have a testing card available for testing your live form, I am raising this to our developers so they can check what might be causing the error you are receiving.

In the meantime, we can't accept payments form any new customers. So, a timely update is most appreciated.

We set up a new form and are now using it on http://vickyvirtual.com/sign-up/ , and it is working.

We are glad that you resolved your problem by creating new form, but in the meantime our developers are looking into original problem why you got error on your previous form.
We have fixed your old form, but at the cost of integrating it with our test Stripe account (we hope you don't mind).
If you prefer to use your old form, kindly re-integrate it to your own Stripe account.
