My form is not sending email notification for me or my customers and i don't know how to fix it ?

    When I test the email notification, it's all good but when i test to submit my form, i don't receive any emails... Why ?

    Looking at your form I see that the email notification above is actually email autoresponder - the email that is sent to people submitting the form.

    However, while testing the form using the test email button, the email is sent to your email instead.

    To have the email notification sent to your email address as well, you should follow the steps here: Setting Up Email Notifications

    Once you do, you will see the email being delivered to your email account when you submit the form, but if you have any difficulties, please do let us know and we would be happy to assist in resolving the same.
