Secure site symbol doesn't appear on form(s)

Hello, I thought my forms were secure.  The URL is httpS://....  I just found a "secure site symbol" in the image selector and added it to my forms, but when I look a them online, I don't see this image/symbol. How do I get this to show up?

I took a look at your form and I can see the secure lock icon in the URL.

Based on that I do presume that you are thinking about something else?

Oh My Dog! You're right.  I was looking for something ON the actual form...my eyeballs didn't even go up to the browser window.  Thank you :)
