How to get the information out of an encrypted form?Asked by Uddhava on September 10, 2015 at 01:16 PM
I put in my form an encrypted key. But now I don't know how to see the information. Because it apears like this:
How can i work this out?
In order to view encrypted submissions, just enable encryption on your form and use your private key in your submissions page to unlock the data.
Please check out this guide for more info: What are Encrypted Forms and how to use them as expert?
Also it is not possible to decrypt submissions in the Excel, CSV, or any other server-generated submission files and reports.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
