I add page break in my form but it is not functioning in some browsers (IE 11, MOZILLA etc) but works well in safari and chrome.
Is there any other options to using page break and achieving the same result. It is standing between me and jotform now.

I've tested your JotForm titled "" in Internet Explorer 11 and Mozilla Firefox which seems to be working fine at my end.
Are you experiencing the issue on the webpage where the form is embedded? If so, please provided us with the webpage URL so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
An alternative can be adding Forms Tab so that the pages within page breaks shall be displayed as Tabs. Since all the pages are displayed when tabs widget is used, you'll need to change the conditions to display the respective fields based on the dropdown selection using Show/Hide a Form field from conditions wizard.
Hope this information helps!

Form Tabs widget can be added from the widgets section as shown in the screenshot below :

Thank you for a sincere attempt to help.
I guess I will be using this new cloned form that is working for me now. I cloned it from 'Trivia Quiz'.
However, I will document your suggestion and try it subsequently.
*important: Please I application do you use for the screen-cast? Can I have access to it?

Great!! Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
The software used for screen capturing is LICEcap that records screen to GIF image and can be downloaded for free.
Thank you for using JotForm!!
