Not all emails are sending when form is filled out.
EX. Office Copy & Work Order Incomplete- looks like they are sending less than 50% of the time

We are very sorry about this inconvenience.
Our developers are aware of this email problem and they should fix this soon.
In the meantime please use any of these workarounds:
2. Use Mandrill to keep using the custom sender email address
