We are coming up on a very special event where we need people to fill out an RSVP form. This year we chose to ue jotform and have had nothing but problems. Typically by now we would have 900 RSVP forms filled out but we currently only have 261.
Our clients are having numerous amounts of trouble filling the form out due to errors that do not occur. They are told that they didn't fill out a required question and it is in fact filled out. It particularly keeps happening with the Question: Profesion, and they click on the bubble that suits them.
Many of our clients are not RSVPing and are sending us irritated emails about the form. Is there anything your company can do to resolve this issue or help us to be more satisfied with our purchase. After extensive research we chose JotForm, and now it is starting to look like we made the wrong choice.
