MANY PROBLEMS

    I have been experiencing severals problems....

     

    FIRST: I have requested in May (IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS) this:

     

    Can you guys from Jotform increase the number of options of a dropdown list? I have a dropdown box that has almost 5 thousand options and it wouldn´t be appealing in terms of design if I create multiple dropdown boxes. 

     

    NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND NOBODY GOT BACK IN TOUCH....

     

    SECOND: There has been several failures over inserted fields that disappear and the e-mail configuration...

     

    Please Jotform have more respect for your clients and don't frustate them...

    Hello Gustavo

    The first request is about a feature, please open a separate thread so we can escalate this to 2nd level, if our developers find it feasible, this will be implemented sooner or later, but know that all new features or enhancements are based in priorities.

    The second request is about the email problem we are currently having, the problem can be due to using a custom sender email or attaching a PDF,  please read more about this here:

    Jeanette!

     

    The first page of my form is blank when opened using Internet Explorer browser and using Mozilla it doesn't have the next button......I am losing business deals because of Jotform problems...

    Is this about viewing the forms or editing the forms?

    We do not recommend IE for editing the forms. Please use either Firefox or Chrome instead.  I was able to inspect all of your forms in edit mode with no problem.

    I just opened the form with Mozilla Firefox and Chrome with no problem. Please make sure that the form is being viewed with the latest version.

    What is happening with JotForm? Many of my forms buttons disappeared...some of images takes so long to load...

    I've opened the form in Mozilla Firefox latest version for Linux with no problem. Can you please tell me if this form is embedded in a particular web page? if that is the case, please share the URL with us?.

    Otherwise we would like to know the version of Firefox and IE you are having problems with.
