cant transfer order to may email

    my order submission cant transfer to my personal email.

     

    would you please check this status?

    Are you referring to email notifications? If so, our developers have worked on a recent issue regarding email notifications and custom sender address and it was already resolved.

     

    I checked your form, http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51092428762962, and noticed that you are using a custom sender e-mail. If the issue still continues on your end, please change the Email address in Sender field to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. Or use the other method: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address
