I try to change the email address of the receiver, however both the submit and us cannot receive the email from mail and yahoo. please help to check

I checked your form, http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51372598584973, and noticed that you are using a custom sender e-mail, the same as your other forms, from your other threads. We have been informed by our developers that the issue regarding email notifications with custom sender e-mail is now fixed. - http://www.jotform.com/answers/659226.
If the issue still continues on your end, please change the Email address in Sender field to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Or use the other method: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.
