Not Receiving Email Notifications

    What is going on with Jotform?  I have had issues all day with not receiving email notifications after a client fills out a form.

    This just started happening today.

    Our developers are aware of this email problem and are working on it.

    Could you check kindly check if the notifications are now working to your forms?

    If you are still unable to receive them, for the meantime please use any of these workarounds:

    1. Change the sender email to OR in your email notification.


    2. Use Mandrill to keep using the custom sender email address:
