Moving a form to different account

How do I let you know that I need to move a form like stated above?

You need to create the request using the main account that currently owned the form. If the form(s) is in your account, just please let us know the URL's and the username of the other account that you want the forms to be moved to. This is if you want to move the forms as well as its submissions.

If you simply want to copy the form(s), you can just clone it. Here's our guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
