I'm making text color changes and also background changes; they show in the designer and says it saves, but when i close the designer the changes are NOT there; nor do they show on the webpage.

    Hi,

I checked your account and I see that the form is shared to you as a sub account.

I can check and make some changes on it using the Form Designer by directly accessing your account as an admin, but please do confirm if you allow this.

Also, if you are opening multiple form builder in multiple tabs in one browser, that maybe one reason why the changes are not displaying properly. We advise that you edit or open a form in the form builder one at a time and close other tabs that has the editor opened on it.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Yes, it’s a sub account.
Yes, you can make changes using the form designer admin. As I said, they “save” in the designer, but don’t render when i close the designer.
Also, I only had one browser/tab open at a time and logged out of the others.
Please fix immediately, my client is waiting. Thanks!

    Hi,

I was able to replicate the problem by making changes in your form:

Changes made in form designer not SAVING; tried 3 different browsers Screenshot 50

It seems like there was a conflict with the theme or design that you are using. First, try cloning the form, here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. Try cloning the form http://www.jotform.us/form/51793982331159. That will be added in your account with the title "Clone of Part Galleries Artist Submission Form" under the main account holder. The cloned form should be editable. See if the cloned form will still show any problems.

Another option is that try resetting the design of the form and design it again.

Here's how to reset the design:

    1. Click "Preferences", change "Themes" to "Default" and delete or erase the code in the "Inject Custom CSS".

    2. Click "Themes".

    3. Here use the default theme or choose another one.

That should reset your design and clean any conflicts.

Do let us know if any of the options above works.
