how can I get my form in PDF if I rached my quota?Asked by analittaua on September 10, 2015 at 11:14 PM
I just reached my 10 SSL Submissions quota. However, I need to get one of my forms to be transfer into PDF.
Whenever I tried to preview it, it says Quota Exceeded.
How can I transfer it to PDF instead?
Do you mean to say create a fillable PDF of your form? If so, you can still do that by following this guide. http://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form. The PDF form will definitely serve you by collecting the data manually.
Now since you have reached your SSL limit, your forms are temporarily disabled. You can enable it back by upgrading to the higher plan, or wait until the submissions counter resets to zero which will happen every first day of the following month.
If we can be of further help, let us know.
