Is it is possible to track which email/user answers the survey (without asking them) if we send the survey via email invite or embeded in our email?

    We use SendinBlue to send out our emails. Can integrate our survey with them?

    Since you are already having the user's email addresses with you, it is possible to get to know which user has filled the form by means of his email addresses. This can be achieved by adding a hidden email field which will be pre-populated from the Invitation link that is being sent to the users.

    This email field can be pre-populated with the email address from the URL as shown below :

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52534538312957?email=test@example.com

    You may generate separate URLs for different emails using a spreadsheet. You may clone the above form to your account to see how it works.

    Unfortunately, SendinBlue integration is not available with JotForm. If you want, we can forward a feature request to our backend team to take a look for feasibility of implementation. However, we cannot guarantee that the feature shall be implemented or cannot provide any ETA at the moment.
