Want to run a survey for learning and development

Asked by UmaNArulDev on September 11, 2015 at 04:57 AM

We are looking to run a survey with Side by side matrix type. I wanted to know if jotform has an option for side by side matrix type questions to be supported. I would also like to know the costing for the same if applicable

    Hi,

We do have a Matrix field:

However, we do not have the side by side Matrix field you are looking for.  You could create multiple matrices as they can be duplicated quite easily.

There is not cost associated with using any of the form features.  The only things we limit are file upload storage, submissions totals and the amount of sub-users for accounts.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Here is a test form you can check http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52547283996976?

I just added 2 matrix on the form and reposition the elements using CSS codes  using the Form Designer

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
