I use Jotform to build my form and then I connect to AC within the "App" by zapier.
But the form "Copy Aut 03 - Order CO 4 Modelli - Dati Completi" does not work the name field: AC writes me N / A instead of the name I post in JotForm
In zap "Copy Aut 02 - Order CO 4 Modelli - Solo Email " it does not work right. I fill in the fields JotForm but does not communicate with the active campaign in any way.
Is there any problem in this form in Jotform or is a external problem (in active campaign or zapier)? Thanks
Ermes

UPDATE (August 5, 2019): Direct integration with ActiveCampaign is available now.
1. Open the Form Builder and find the ActiveCampaign integration under the Settings tab and authorize it.
2. You can add multiple actions that are triggered every time your form is submitted.
- You can create/update contacts:

-If you are adding or updating your ActiveCampaign contacts, you can map the fields on your form to the corresponding ActiveCampaign fields. You can also dynamically tag your contacts using multiple-choice or single-choice fields:

- You can add contacts to automation:

- You can add a note to contact:
- You can create a deal:

Generally, email lists accept the name when in the format of First Name and Last Name. As I check your JotForm, the name field seems to be a single text box field. Could you try adding the Full Name field from Quick tools menu on your JotForm and add this field to the integration to see if that works?
Since it is not a direct integration with Active Campaign and the data from being transferred through Zapier app, we request you to check with Zapier support as well. If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
Thank you!!

The situation is getting worse: now does not work either the field "Email" in the form "Copy Aut 01 - Order TW Caso Studio Volantino - Dati Fatturazione"
Even in the email that sends me JotForm with data from the subscriber, misses the email address that the subscriber had entered.

The problem comes because your original Email field (the one that was integrated with Active Campaign and set in your Email Notifications) was deleted on your form, and then replaced by another Email field.
Your old email field had the field name of {email106}, while your new email field has the name of {email107}.
For your Email Notifications, kindly try replacing {email106} with {email107}, as shown in the following images:
Don't forget to do this o both of your email notifications, so that they both will be updated with the new email field.
When it comes to the Active Campaign not seeing the Email field, this is also happening because the old email field was deleted and replaced by the new email field. Please try editing or re-integrating again, with making sure that the current Email field is selected to populate the emails.
Please let us know how it goes.
