How do I create custom fields within integration?

I have several forms linked with Infusionsoft, and I am hoping to create custom fields so that a Jotform will automatically be filed into the contact's Infusionsoft profile.

For example, there is a section of the Jotform that asks our clients to complete a liability waiver. Once the client signs off, we'd like it to be automatically updated within their Infusionsoft profile.

This can be done, however, the type of field on Jotform must be compatible with the custom field type of InfusionSoft. You can see here more details:

If the field type matches the JotForm field type, it should work.
