I uploaded this form from AdobeFormsCentral. I've been tweaking it and have come down to one last issue - the Submit button.
When in the Edit mode of JotForm the submit button looks just fine.
However, on the UI it comes out looking totally different:
That brownish semicircle and the surrounding rectangle are where the button should be, apparently. I thought perhaps it was an AFC import issue, so I deleted it entirely and started over by using the JotForm "Submit Button" Form Tool, but still get the same result.
What is going wrong - any idea how I can fix this?
Thanks!

Forgot to mention - the orange half moon submit "button" shows up the same in both Chrome and Safari.
Anyone have any tips for making it show up properly? Had I simply imported it from AFC and left it as is then I could see how it would cause errors - but I'm using the JotForm tool to create (drag and drop) a submit button.

It seems that you were having the following submit button on your JotForm.
Do you want to use the same button on your JotForm or as the default one? If you want to use the same button, please inject the following CSS code to your JotForm.
.form-submit-button {
height : 91px;
left : 0px;
}
Let us know if you want to use normal button. We will take a look again for you.
Thanks!

Thanks Kiran! Jonathan had responded on another thread so I think we're on the road to getting it done. I do have some other questions, though, that I think you could help with if you don't mind:
