Attach PDF function not working.

This function was working until my last two questionnaires.  Any ideas?

Hi,

We had an issue with both custom sender addresses and attaching PDF's to email notifications.  My apologies, this should now be fixed as of a few hours ago.  If you have any further issues with notifications or attached PDF's let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
