I've upgraded to the premium package

    I've upgraded to the premium package and your software is still asking me to upgrade when I log into my account. Can someone please call or email me. Also I tried finding a customer support phone number on your site and none is listed how can someone reach your company if they have questions?

    First off, thanks for your interest in our service. We don't have phone support. You can ask your questions via our forum. Our Supporters are located in different countries and of course time zones. You can always find here someone to assist you. I've just checked your account and it has been successfully upgraded to premium. Please try to clean your browser's cache and re-login to your account.
