not receiving form submission notifier emails

    just recently set up a couple of new documents and along with them I have several notifiers and auto responders when the form is submitted.

    For some reason unknown I am not receiving all the notifiers yet some are working just fine. When I tested the first notifier for example on my 2016 Staff Application the test email came through.

    Last night I had someone apply. I received the email with the Pre-Employment form but never received the notifier that someone has submitted a new application.

    This has been working just fine.

    This is also happening on some of my 2016 Client Questionnaire form. I am only receiving some of my notifiers called "reference"

    We had yesterday a problem with our server, but this should be fine now.

    I just sent a test, our mail records shows it was successfully sent

    Please confirm if you received it.
