I checked the transaction record of your payment via Paypal and I found that the payment had been cancelled already.
Can you please confirm that you have cancelled the subscription payment and will no longer need your subscription account upgraded? Currently, it is at FREE plan.
We can refund to you the payment if you no longer wishes to continue with the paid plan.
BUT just so you know also, your current FREE plan will become disabled later on because it had already exceeded the allowed limits for FREE account.
Continuing the upgrade will re-activate the account francenetinfos.
Please let us know how to proceed.
