Hi is it possible to Hide a field and Unhide it after Submit?
We have an employment form that we edit after an Applicants submits. We use the "Disposition" at the bottom to track whether the applicant was hired or not. Currently the applicant can see the field. I would prefer it be hidden.
I am also open to any suggestions on a better way to do this.
Thanks for your help, you guys are very helpful!!

You can achieve this using Smart Form Using Condition Logic
You can test this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52538199469977
I added a hidden field and condition logic on the form
this is the condition
On the end-user side, the field is hidden but they can submit the form.
Since you can EDIT the Submission on your View Submission page panel, you can now update the "Disposition" status of the end-user
You can also clone my test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52538199469977?
so that you can review how I did it on your Form Builder

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
