I am designing a form and would like to ensure it is a "secure" form. I have not been able to figure out how to do this? Can you please advise.
I greatly appreciate your website and am very enthusiastic about the services you are offering.

Ah, that is very helpful. I just realized that the "Embed Form Wizard" offers the option to make the direct link "Secure" by clicking the box of "Secure Form" (great feature!). My site doesn't have SSL so I need to use the Link instead of embedding it.
Now my predicament is that I get a Temporarily Unavailable (and sometimes a 404 message) when I attempt to open the secure link.
Is that a problem on your end or something wrong with my form or secure link?

I was able to replicate the said issue. One of my colleagues has already forwarded this issue to our developers. They will fix it as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience.

I am now able to use the secure form but after making some changes on the form, the new link does not show the updates. it shows the old version.
Can fix this?

We are aware of temporary issue with secure.jotform.com and users not seeing any edits to their forms being reflected on their embedded forms.
I have issued an alert to the developers about this. I will update as soon as its been rectified.

This problem should be fixed now. We had a problem with a replication server, unfortunately, in this instance, our monitoring systems failed to spot a failed process and replication had to be started manually. We are investigating the reasons why this monitoring service also failed.
If your forms are still not functioning as normal, give it another hour to ensure replication has occured globally, if the problem persists after that time, please report it back to us.
Sorry, again for any disruption to normal service.

The changes are now visible on the secure form but guess what, another problem!
After filing out the secure form, I get an error message: "Upload Error: File could not be uploaded for some reason. Please go back and fix this."
Though I appreciate the free services you are offering, I'm losing my patience with all of these bugs.

The issue last night was not really a bug, it was server process failure which are uncommon.
If you have a new issue with your form, please open a new thread for it and give the ID/URL of the form so that we can have a look at it.
