Hi - We have several forms and no one is receiving the notification emails. I already reviewed how to setup notification emails and it does appear to be setup correctly. I have setup forms in the past with no problems recieving the notifications so I have no idea what the problem is here.
I love using Jot Form and assuming this issue can be resolved, we'll definitely be upgrading. Appreciate the help here!

(oddly she has received some forms but not others)

I have checked the emails in issue but none that I see that reported failure on email delivery. Have you checked the spam folder if in case the said missing email alerts landed there instead?
