How do I expand the text above the text box so that it is just on one line?

    when I choose "expand" it just expands the entry box and does not allow me to extend the text so that it is just on one line at a time.

    Please select the field and then click the "Label Align" option at the top toolbar. Select the "Top" option so the text will expand with the text box.
