I am having problems with the encrypted forms.

    Hello, 

    When I put the key that I downloaded before doesn´t work. I can´t see the information. Please help me.

    Hi,

    Since we do not have access with your keys, unfortunately, we can't decrypt the data for you. If you still have the jotform.key file, you can try to re-upload it on the encryption key wizard once asked. Try to open the submission URL on private window or incognito mode, this should trigger the encryption wizard and then re-upload the key again. You can also go to your form submissions page to view them.
