Issue 2: Sending Autoresponder Email to the Person Submitting the Form
Need to send a confirmation email to the person submitting the form. First attempt was to use the email entered in the E-sign field for the autoresponder email, but did not have any luck.
Is it possible for JotForm to recognize the email entered for the E-sign email field?
Next, I tried to use a calculated field (read-only) to format the employee's first and last names into the company's email format. (Attempting to avoid asking the user to enter their email twice).
Then used a conditional email to use the email address created by the calculated field. But the autoresponder email didn't work this way either.
What is the best way to accomplish sending an email to the employee submitting the form?

As far as I know, the Adobe eSign Widget is used to sign the document as well as for receiving the copy of the signed document. It's not used as a medium or substitute for the email field that can be used in the autoresponder/notifier. But I have now forwarded this thread to our developers to see if this will be possible for them to implement.
For now, add an email field in the form and forward the calculated fields (first and last names) to this email field through conditional logic. Then of course, select this email field as the recipient of your autoresponder email.
Here's a cloned version of your form showing the changes: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52545156070956.
