Hi Misty, I didn't see that anyone answered you, but I have just been able to figure out how to pass Contact First and Last name from Infusionsoft to JotForm. I haven't been able to figure out what the field name is for Email in Jotform (I thought it was just [Email] but that doesn't work.
Here's what works:
Hope this helps!

Hi,
I checked your forms. Are you trying to repopulate the fields of this form https://form.jotform.com/52545025949259 ? Can you try pre-populating the form using this link: https://form.jotform.com/yourformnumberhere?fullName1[first]=~Contact.FirstName~&fullName1[last]=~Contact.LastName~&email3=~Contact.Email~
If you are referring to a different form, please provide us the form and the fields that you want to populate.
Regards,
