How do I change the background of header and submit button?

I need to change header and footer color in a per-existing form.( it's orange now) Have check all forums and I cant figure out.  I don't know how to use code. I need just an easy button. Please see attachment.

I created a clone of the form and changed the color of the header and footer back to white. If you need in another color please let us know which color and we can make the change for you.
