Pricing... it is not clear.... are the prices MONTHLY pricing?

    I'm creating a few forms for a not-for-profit
    spay/neuter clinic

    They have an annual fundraiser - and will
    (hopefully) have more than 100 ticket
    sales.

    I've used up 6 in testing the setup (didn't
    realize it was counting them :) )

    The Subscription packages are available in Monthly, Yearly, and Bi-Yearly Payment Schedules.

    When you upgrade you will see the choices of payment schedule in a pop up screen
