We are truly sorry about that. The PDF attachment has been temporarily disabled due to the number of reports we received on forum on that exact date about email submissions with custom sender emails not going through. This must be the reason why some of the emails came out without the attached PDF. However, the problem has been patched out after a few hours and the PDF attachment has been restored. It should be working fine by now.
