Hi! My 'SUBMIT' button doesn't work if a client is using Safari. Would you please look into this for me and let me know of any changes I need to make.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did test your embedded form in safari browser and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
