I cloned a form for buying a membership. The total button does not add properly. What could be the matter?

    Hello phspirateboosters,

With which form you are having this issue with?

I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue. The total is being calculated correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Have you embedded this form in any webpage? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look. Sometime if there is a code conflict between form and the script of your webpage, the conditions and calculation does not trigger. Embedded in your form using its iFrame embed code will solve this problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ashwin,

Thank you for your response, however I did not express myself properly. The front f the jot form adds correctly but when you submit the form, it only takes in the $10 for a donation although there should be a choice for $10, $25, $50.

Obviously both the PHS membership that I cloned and the new PHS Faculty have the same issue.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

I've cloned your forms, http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52483926423964 and http://www.jotform.us/form/22478119901152 but i didn't replicate the issue. It takes the other options in the donation when it is submitted. I also test submit in one of your form. See screenshot below.

Have you embedded your form to a website already? Did you follow our colleagues suggestion of embedding a for using iFrame embed method? It might help you solve this issue.

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

Thank you. It seems to be working now. I embedded the iFrame for the second form about online registration.

The faculty form is accessed through a link on the logo, so it is not embedded but linked with the URL. I relinked it and it seems to work. Any idea what went wrong before? It was brought to my attention by a user and it did do that when I tried it too.

Thanks so much for your prompt answers.

On behalf of my colleague, Ashwin, you are welcome. Glad to hear that your form is working fine now. Regarding the reason why you encountered the issue, I think it might be a temporary problem with the Paypal integration. If you have any further question, please feel free to contact us again.
